TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Points are awarded only on eligible purchases made on coolmedz.com.
2. 1 Point is earned per ₹100 spent (excluding taxes, discounts, shipping charges, embroidery charges and gift cards unless specified).
3. Points cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined between accounts.
4. Redeemed rewards cannot be reversed or refunded back as points.
5. Points are credited only after successful order completion (not on cancelled or refunded orders).
6. If an order is refunded or cancelled, awarded points for that order will be deducted.
7. Tier status and benefits may change based on your ongoing spending and program settings.
8. COOLMEDZ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
9. Abuse of the loyalty system may result in account suspension and forfeiture of points.
