Return Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible products. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
• Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Be free from stains, odors, and signs of use.
• Have all original tags and packaging intact.
• Return request must be raised within 30 days from delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Products with personalized names, logos, or custom embroidery applied directly onto the garment.
• Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.
Refunds
• Only the product value is refundable. 
• Shipping fees, handling charges, alteration charges and embroidery charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt and quality inspection of the returned product.
Exchanges
You may exchange:
• Top only / Bottom only / Both pieces.
• Size, color, or men’s/women’s fit variants.
Exchange Shipping Fee: ₹150 (flat)
New Embroidery on Exchanged Items: ₹250 (flat)
Return Shipping
• Reverse pickup is available at most pincodes.
• If reverse pickup is unavailable, the item must be shipped back by the customer.
• Return shipping costs paid by the customer are not refundable.
• The product must be securely packed. We are not responsible for loss or damage
during transit.
Quality Check  Rejection
Returns will be rejected if:
• The item shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, or odor.
• Tags are removed or missing. If rejected, the item may be returned to the customer at their shipping cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Item Delivered
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide unboxing photos/video for verification.
• A replacement will be arranged at no extra cost after verification.
