Shipping FAQ

• Where do you ship?

We ship to all cities in India.  We do not ship to PO Boxes.

• How much is Shipping?

Shipping cost is based on destination  city from our Bangalore warehouse. Generally shipping costs range between INR 250 to INR 300 across India. The actual shippng cost is calculated at checkout we have partnered with DTDC for all couriers from us.

• How long does shipping take?

We process all orders as quickly as we can and advise the status as we go. Updates are sent on your mail.

South India – 2-3 Working days

North India – 4-5 working days

Metros – 3-4 Working days

Bangalore – 1 Working day

• Can I edit my shipping info after the order is placed?

Yes you can if the order has not been shipped from our warehouse. For change in shipping you can write to qna@coolmedz.com.

• Do you offer same day delivery?

We can offer same day delivery only for Bangalore if the order is booked before 12 PM on any working day.

RETURN & EXCHANGES FAQ

• What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns on item eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in new, unworn/unwashed condition with tags attached and in the state you received them in the same coolmedz box.

We reserve the right to refuse worn, washed, untagged or damaged merchandise.

Please note we do not accept return on ‘SALE’ items.

• How do I start the return process?

It is easy. Please write to qna@coolmedz.com stating the order no. and reason for return with your contact details. Our customer executive will get back to you in 3 working days to facilitate the return.

• How do I make an exchange?

Currently to make an exchange is not possible and we are working on the same to facilitate it in near future.

However, you can first initiate a return as advised under the return process and also order a fresh product as per your liking like a normal order.

• How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once the return is received and accepted by us, a refund will take 7-10 business days. Some banks will take up to an additional 5 days to apply the refund to your account.
